This was my first personal visit to an Urgent Care facility in my lifetime. I was impressed by the ease of scheduling and care. Very happy that you had access to My Chart records and medications, etc. The staff were nice but did not introduce themselves.  The MD might have but I didn’t catch his name due to his soft voice.  Otherwise I was very pleased with my visit.

The staff was very courteous, friendly, and very attentive!

Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.

Made a day-of appointment and received prompt, great care.  I was diagnosed within 5 minutes and had my prescription ready within a half hour.

Easy check in. Quiet office, clean and friendly staff. I was seen at the time of my scheduled appointment.

I had a good experience visiting them with my 11-year-old it was sick right away. I said he was wheezing have problems with his asthma right away. They took him in. I thought that was a plus I recommend them. They are very professional, thank you.🙏🏻

Before I went to the clinic, I hesitated and had no confidence.  After the visit I am satisfied and happy to use this care center again when I need.

This is the first time I have been to this urgent care. The nurse practitioner that I saw was knowledgeable, smart, helpful, answered all my questions and REALLY listened to my concerns and feelings. It's one of the first urgent care that I've been to where the facks are presented in front off you and you are asked to for the options that best suit you, in decisiding your own care. Even at checkout, the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind. I hope I don't need too, but if I do, I will be back to this urgent care, they were really great.
