Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

This was my first time  And I have to say it was amazing they took great care of me  Gave me medicine that Made me great instantly  Def recommend it

Wonderful The front desk overworked but still excellent in everway.

Came home from work and noticed that my child had a high fever. Her pediatrician office was closed so I googled and saw that this urgent care was opened. It was super easy scheduling an appointment on my phone and sending my insurance information with just a picture. There was probably a 25 min wait time to be put in a room but it’s an urgent care so considering that it’s not bad at all since the waiting area was full. Everyone was super friendly from the front desk guy to the MA and especially the Dr. She took her time examining my daughter and explaining the care and treatment process. Thank you for listening and caring, I would highly recommend.

My visit was a really good experience. I was attended to immediately upon arrival. The medical assistant was clear, focused, and asked all the correct questions. Dr. Santana reviewed my condition and prescribed medication. The service received was excellent!

Repeat blood work, it was a wonderful experience. Check in was fast, I got called in the back, less then 10 minutes. The staff of course is always a pleasure to be around.

I always feel well taken care of.  That’s why I come there.❤️👏🏽

What time was long but that’s only because of the holiday season. I will be going back again if I need to, high hopes.

The best service I have ever received from a doctors office.

Check-in and Scheduling were easy.  Dr. Ross was caring, patient and thorough.

Front staff was pleasant and Dr..Christina was attentive to my needs and provided me the medicine I needed. She has a very calm and pleasant presence.

This is my second time visiting this facility and I have only good things to say about it. The staff is wonderful. I got the same doctor twice, which is very nice and she is awesome.
