Pediatric urgent care near me in Yorketown, NJ

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time. Front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful.  Appreciate there are still remaining people working in the medical field who very much care and feel blessed to have their jobs.  Thank you will be recommending this facility and will return in need!

Needed a Chest X-Ray. Dr. Changed medicine. Visit was very thorough and quick.

It was decent , you could tell I guess the doctor felt uneasy because I was a man maybe of color etc other then that it was smooth

I have used this urgent care multiple times and have never been disappointed by the professionalism and efficiency of the office and medical staff.  I am confident I get the same quality of care at Urgent Care Pennington that I would get at any of the local hospital ERs.  Additionally you can make a same day appointment and avoid hours of waiting.   This facility is definitely a valuable community resource.

The front desk staff and PA I saw were polite and friendly. The nurse however was abrupt and rude. Rushed through questions and acted bothered that I was there.

I have an issue with my hand. I scheduled my appointment online at 440pm and my appointment was at 507pm. This was done the same day. The doctor came in to discuss my issue and I explained my previous issue to the doctor . We spoke about the remedy and He said do you have any questions for him. I was very impressed by the doctor because he wants to make sure you're getting the best care possible. I would recommend NJU Care to everyone. Great Job!!

Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.

This was my first personal visit to an Urgent Care facility in my lifetime. I was impressed by the ease of scheduling and care. Very happy that you had access to My Chart records and medications, etc. The staff were nice but did not introduce themselves.  The MD might have but I didn’t catch his name due to his soft voice.  Otherwise I was very pleased with my visit.

We made an appointment for 9:45 a.m. And did not get called back till 10:30. This is especially tough with a toddler. The staff was friendly. However, I still did not receive the results for my son 's covid, flu, RSV testing and it's been 3 days. I do not see the point of testing for these illnesses if you are not going to call back with a result. I tried looking online and there is no record of the test. I also called and was told I would get a call back and never received it. Now I got to call again to find out what the results are.
