Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Wait time was short and the PA, Tim, was very knowledgeable and nice. Would highly recommend visiting this place.❤️

The check in process is terrible.  The new system you have is tedious, repeats itself and very frustrating when a patient does not feel well.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.

Walked in for an issue I had with one of my ears. Front office staff had me checked-in in less than 10 minutes including me filling out my medical history. The medical assistant was efficient and friendly during rooming and getting my vitals. Doctor was personable and quickly diagnosed and explained my issue, prescribed a couple of meds which he called to a local pharmacy. Whole thing from leaving my house to returning home with meds was a little over an hour total!  A good experience :)

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. Excellent experience- thank you!
