Had stubbed toe. Max the radiologist was friendly and informative and the doctor was terrific!

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

Easy to walk in - get a quick appointment- clean and easy snd everyone friendly. Nurse was fine - although ordered me blood tests and said (on a Friday) that since she’s not in until Monday would have to wait for her to call me to discuss them. This doesn’t make any sense whatsoever- blood tests came back today (Saturday) and I see elevated issues - could be nothing of course or could require antibiotics or medication, but of course no way to reach anyone easily to ask.   So clearly a major gap in the service.

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Scheduling appt was easy, wait time after arriving was an hour after scheduled appt time. Once brought into exam room everything was addressed in an appropriate amount of time and received results quickly. Staff were all nice but would appreciate if they could update people in waiting room when they are running late and what the expected wait time is for people waiting to be seen

Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and helpful.  It was easy to make the appointment and there was barely a wait.

I had to visit the clinic on a Sunday morning and received very friendly and compassionate care from all of the staff, especially Jessica Paulson P.A. There was very little wait time and I felt as though everyone genuinely cared for my wellbeing. Would recommend to anyone needing urgent care services.

The tech or nurse that took the throat culture took the sample in a very rushed and quick manner and I question whether the result is accurate. The last time I took my other child there I had the same person and the result was negative but when I went to another Dr it was positive less than 24 hours later. I know results can change but I wish that person would be more thorough and take their time.

Walked in after work and I didn't have to wait long at all.
