Got out of work early yesterday and remember that I had ran out of medicine. figured I just swing by no phone call no appointment. Was very Pleasant. In-N-Out in 30 minutes. Very easy!

I was seen by a very competent physical assistant. She addressed my needs and concerns and prescribed an appropriate antibiotic. I am on the road to recovery and appreciate the excellent care I received at this urgent care! I would recommend this facility highly!

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Well, to be honest I was a bit disappointed. I went online to search for a "podiatrist" for a same day, or next day appointment. Using my zip code, I searched for locations in which to see a podiatrist the same day...... Your location, which is just within three or four blocks from my home, came up. Bottom line is, I anticipated, and expected to see a board certified podiatrist... A doctor who "specializes in foot care!"

The girls at the desk are doing the best they can in a really tough situation they were so pleasant and so nice gave complete information. My only concern was that we were all going in for Covid testing and you had to login manually on an iPad that no one cleaned between patients. There was a bottle of hand sanitizer if you choose to use it. One patient walked in without a mask until she realized it - so the exposure level is probably very high.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. The wait was very short. They truly care for the well being of the patients. Doctor listened and explained, treatment very well and answered all my questions. Overall great experience, highly recommend this office.

Follow up from last week. Cold symptoms. Became sinus infection. Dr Wolfson is the best. Her and the complete staff is the best. Outstanding customer care across the board.

Got an easy appointment on Thursday. Dr. lee was excellent and meds are already working to heal my bronchitis. Highly recommend this office.

Wonderful The front desk overworked but still excellent in everway.

I was visiting with family from another state , woke up not feeling well with a new baby coming home from the hospital. Definitely needed to be seen to make sure I wasn’t contagious.  Googled urgent care facilities near me, walked in , filled out paperwork and was taken back immediately.  Staff weee extremely courteous and professional.  I was in and out before I knew it. The longest part was filling out the paperwork .  I would definitely recommend this provider!

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.
