I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. Excellent experience- thank you!

The tech or nurse that took the throat culture took the sample in a very rushed and quick manner and I question whether the result is accurate. The last time I took my other child there I had the same person and the result was negative but when I went to another Dr it was positive less than 24 hours later. I know results can change but I wish that person would be more thorough and take their time.

When I tell you how I battled to write this review.... I wanted this Diamond all to myself but that's not nice. Ladies and gentlemen and kids of all ages, this Live Urgent Care is EVERYTHING.... From the beautiful ladies at the front desk. To the AMAZING bedside mannerisms that, for me having severe anxiety, PTSD and ADHD meant the WORLD. Now, the CHERRY on top for me was the 5 star cleanliness as if you walked into Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, or Neman Marcus absolutely mind-blowing, especially for a germophobe like myself. Thank you ladies for such a fantastic experience and I will be back😘

I walked in without an appointment with cold and sinus symptoms. I was seen, treated and on my way all within 20 minutes, which is fabulous when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend Carbon Health.
