My follow up care was equivalent to my original urgent care appointment. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The Doctor showed genuine concern and care for how, I was feeling since my original visit re-checking my ear, nose and throat as well as my vital signs noting improvement from my initial sick visit. The care and attention was enough to make me feel better again.

I been fighting the flu for about two weeks.Walk in the  young lady Jenny was welcoming and friendly told me to sign in and 5 min later call in to see the Dr.

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great

This is the first time I have been to this urgent care. The nurse practitioner that I saw was knowledgeable, smart, helpful, answered all my questions and REALLY listened to my concerns and feelings. It's one of the first urgent care that I've been to where the facks are presented in front off you and you are asked to for the options that best suit you, in decisiding your own care. Even at checkout, the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind. I hope I don't need too, but if I do, I will be back to this urgent care, they were really great.

It was amazing! The staff are absolutely fantastic

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence.
