Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

I went to my primary care doctor for a regular checkup and mentioned my ears were still bad.  She did not have the availability to syringe my ears so I went to Urgent Care.  The wait was acceptable and I was more than happy with the service provided.

I was in and out, Dr. Dobrowoiski helped me with the proper medication and medical reference that I needed. Thank you!

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. Excellent experience- thank you!

My son advised the nurse and PA that he was experiencing a cough, ear ache, sore throat and stuffy nose. They didn’t check anything but his throat and sent him on his way with a Rx.  If I am paying to see a DOCTOR, and complain that my ear hurts, possibly check my ear. My mother went there a few weeks ago and there is apparently a checklist she was supposed to fill out. She didn’t receive it so the clinic answered all of the questions and sent it to her primary doctor. What????   Having urgent care is great but they need to actually provide medical assistance.

Everyone was so attentive, friendly and caring.Would highly recommend !

Book on line process requires getting out your wallet to take photos of your Insurance card and your ID, front and back… That’s annoying also required every visit..

Dr. Timur Ruzehaj was so friendly and knowledgeable! He even took the time to show me different diagrams and explain exactly what was wrong.

Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time. Front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful.  Appreciate there are still remaining people working in the medical field who very much care and feel blessed to have their jobs.  Thank you will be recommending this facility and will return in need!

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

Samentha was very helpful and attentive, she was the main advocate on making sure my insurance coverage and process were taken care of. Very friendly and inviting, as I am new to the area, she for sure helped me feel comfortable and well taken care of. All scheduling and paperwork was completed ahead of time online very easy.

This was my first time coming here and let me tell you that the staff there was truly amazing very nice. The place is very clean overall I LOVE IT will come back again.

Didn’t make an appointment but it was smooth and simple to get in line and take care of paperwork. Very good experience that I can simply walk in and get answers while also feeling terribly sick.
