Pediatric urgent care near me in New City, NY

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

It was easy to make an appointment and the staff was professional and efficient. The treatment was thorough and we left with proper prescriptions. Needless to say, we are very satisfied with this Urgent Care.

I was visiting with family from another state , woke up not feeling well with a new baby coming home from the hospital. Definitely needed to be seen to make sure I wasn’t contagious.  Googled urgent care facilities near me, walked in , filled out paperwork and was taken back immediately.  Staff weee extremely courteous and professional.  I was in and out before I knew it. The longest part was filling out the paperwork .  I would definitely recommend this provider!

As far as I could tell, there were 3 people working there(including doc), and 3 patients( including me). Everyone was treated respectfully, courteously, it was as efficient as possible as far as I could tell, clean, they offered water.  The doc seemed concerned, knowledgeable and efficient. There was a ton of on line checkin stuff that needed to be dealt with.  I'm horrible at that stuff!  One of the women working at the desk, who moments later was my tech, was very helpful getting me through the online check in.  I never could have done it myself. Hopefully the medicine the doctor  prescribed will work. They all did a nice and thourogh job as far as I could tell.

It was my first time using it. Experience was great. Kind and friendly staff. I’m satisfied with the atención.

Have on a as need bases have used the on-line system for scheduling appointments.  System is easy, check-in staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.  Doctors and PA wonderful…easy to talk to and excellent with care.   Promise an angel.  Handled my treatment kindly and thoroughly!! Excellent

The staff were friendly and patient with my little one. Dr. Adeyemi was informative and worked with care. The office is always clean and quick with service.
