I went to my primary care doctor for a regular checkup and mentioned my ears were still bad.  She did not have the availability to syringe my ears so I went to Urgent Care.  The wait was acceptable and I was more than happy with the service provided.

Wait time was under 10 minutes. In and out within 20 min. Very clean & professional

My son advised the nurse and PA that he was experiencing a cough, ear ache, sore throat and stuffy nose. They didn’t check anything but his throat and sent him on his way with a Rx.  If I am paying to see a DOCTOR, and complain that my ear hurts, possibly check my ear. My mother went there a few weeks ago and there is apparently a checklist she was supposed to fill out. She didn’t receive it so the clinic answered all of the questions and sent it to her primary doctor. What????   Having urgent care is great but they need to actually provide medical assistance.

My husband had a sore on his leg that wasn’t healing,and Rose gave him an antibiotic cream & antibiotic to take orally. Hopefully that will help.

I went in to schedule an appointment but they were able to take me right away. The staff was very helpful, friendly and competent.  I checked in easily and my problem was resolved quickly.  The techs explained each step of the treatment and gave me advice on avoiding reoccurrence. I had not been prescribed the antibiotics I needed in two visits to Summit and, as a result, was suffering through day six, repeat six! of a horrible upper respiratory tract infection that had me bedridden and getting worse. You gave me a rx for amox and now 24 hrs later I am vastly improved up and about. Thank you! It is not a coincidence- it is not that a virus ran its course - I was getting worse not better until you've me the rx.

Everything went well. No complaints, the wait was approx 20 mins.
