I am extremely happy with west Islip urgent care the Dr and staff are amazing and friendly ❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️

Was sick with an ongoing sinus infection which had gotten worse ,  I was able to get in see the dr. and he made sure I would have all the prescriptions to ease my symptoms and clear up the infections .  They took all the appropriate tests to rule out any other infections (Covid ,flu etc).  Fast , caring , thorough and thoughtful of my feelings .  The staff was friendly efficient and caring , would definitely use them again .

I was rejected due to my insurance.    Active duty military using tri-care  and was told they don’t accept it.  Sad

I needed a paper that said I had covid for work and I got it in less than 10 minutes. The doctors were great.

I just wanted to check my blood pressure. The care taker was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was told what to do and what not to do. I felt very comfortable. Will be back.

Made an 8 am appt. Everything went smoothly. All questions were answered PA and staff on duty was very courteous. Good experience at this location.

Made a day-of appointment and received prompt, great care.  I was diagnosed within 5 minutes and had my prescription ready within a half hour.

Staff was very cordial. The attending doctor Camille was extremely helpful and her bedside manner was excellent.

HAD A CAUGHING PROBLEM BLOOD WAS IN SO I WAS INTRODUCED THERE BY MY FRIEND THE WELCOME WAS GREAT DID MY APPLICATION AND WAS SEEN EARLY BY A DO IN LESS THAN 25 MINS I WAS OUT OF THERE CLEAN AND FRIENDLY BUSINESS THERE GLAD A DID WENT THANK YOU STAFF

It was easy to schedule my appointment. Everyone was polite and efficient

The security guard in the waiting area was super unprofessional. He was on constantly his cell phone for talking so loud that i could not hear myself think or hear my girlfriend when she called she asked..Who is that "Ghetto Person" talking so loud??..I responded.."The security guard". I would have asked him to lower his voice but didn't because he was a thug. He spoke about his friend getting in trouble for sleeping on the job his first day on the job. That conversation lasted 20 minutes and he kept repeating himself and laughing like a madman. Then he talked about how his girlfriend didn't want any smoke if he reverted to his old ways and started coming home at 4am. Bragging about how he looks when he gets dressed up and again laughing like a madman. All the time talking on volume 10. And repeating himself over and over again. Please train this person before he does something stupid.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone treated me with care and attentiveness. Its a wonderful establishment.
