          Overall experience went very well.  PA very friendly gentle and seemed experienced. Check in on line was convenient and saved time.           I had not been prescribed the antibiotics I needed in two visits to Summit and, as a result, was suffering through day six, repeat six! of a horrible upper respiratory tract infection that had me bedridden and getting worse. You gave me a rx for amox and now 24 hrs later I am vastly improved up and about. Thank you! It is not a coincidence- it is not that a virus ran its course - I was getting worse not better until you've me the rx.

          I was visiting with family from another state , woke up not feeling well with a new baby coming home from the hospital. Definitely needed to be seen to make sure I wasn’t contagious.  Googled urgent care facilities near me, walked in , filled out paperwork and was taken back immediately.  Staff weee extremely courteous and professional.  I was in and out before I knew it. The longest part was filling out the paperwork .  I would definitely recommend this provider!

          Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

          When an office opens at 9am and you are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to your visit and the office staff has you waiting outside in the cold I wonder why did I arrive on time?   The staff was watching  myself and another patient standing in the cold outside until that  9 AM time arrived !  Maybe they should consider the sick patients outside in the cold !!!
