The staff was friendly and helpful. The wait time was better than expected for a Covid test.

I knew I needed a quick doctor visit with a busy day ahead of me. I was able to schedule easily online then got in and got out in no time flat. Staff was very friendly! The NP, Beth, was awesome. Very kind and attentive plus she explained the medications perfectly so I knew what to expect. My prescriptions were sent in a timely manner- which I truly appreciated. I have not had good experiences with urgent care facilities in the past but Apex CiniCare changed my mindset and will be my new urgent care go to!

Tried to go to the minute clinic and was turned away but got right in at mercy urgent care. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Cna Christina was very through knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely go back here!

I had been feeling bad (sinus drainage, cough, headache, fatigue, aches) since Dec 9th. I thought I was feeling better by Dec 19, and then Saturday Dec 20, started feeling bad again. I decided to find out what was going on and chose to visit Mercy Urgent Care. I was greeted promptly and told to begin check-in at the kiosk. Once I was called back - Jennifer Speller came in to examine me. She was awesome! She prescribed some meds to make me push through and actually begin feeling better. I would definitely return and recommend my friends and family to go there if they needed good care. The only problem I experienced actually happened the following day. I called back with a question about the dosage of one of my prescriptions. The woman who answered the phone said she would ask and call me back. Now, 4 days later - she never called back.

Tested positive for influenza a and called immediately. They got me in quickly and were extremely friendly and attentive. The doctor took  as much time as needed to answer all of my questions. Happy to have this new Mercy location so close to my home

Start a feeling bad last night. Went to this office this morning was in and out unless than an hour. Great check in time . Great staff. service and physician

My experience at the urgent care in Cherry Grove was AMAZING. Considering that I wasn’t feeling well I couldn’t have been more pleased from the ease of scheduling an appointment to the check in and care of staff. Will definitely go back if the need presents its self. I highly recommend if u aren’t feeling this is the place to go.

This was my second visit in 11 months. Both times I appreciated the ease of scheduling and quality of care. PA William took time to patiently explain my questions with kindness and compassion. Would definitely recommend. Has always been a good experience.

After 3 days with a sore throat and bad cough I was able to schedule online and get an appointment an hour later. Michelle was very friendly and the doctor who looked at me was extremely thorough. Diagnosed and prescribed an antibiotic. Excellent service!

My husband had a late appt Saturday night. He was feeling so bad. Didn’t really wanna go but once we got there he only waited maybe 5 minutes.  We were out in 20 minutes or less. Seth was great.  Prescriptions sent to pharmacy would highly recommend the Beavercreek location.

I scheduled an online appointment time. I still had to wait a little bit. I would have thought I’d be taken before the walk in people. But, my care was very good and everyone was very friendly. The nurse even brought me a cup of cold water without my asking. I really like your clinic and the care I got there.

We did not have an appointment and was told the wait could be an hour or so. We stayed and was happy to be called back within 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and thorough. I was extremely impressed and happy with my experience at this location.

Everyone at this location was great! My doc office was unable to get me in today, and they had appointments all day today, despite being short staffed! I appreciate the kind and easy appointment!

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
