I knew I needed a quick doctor visit with a busy day ahead of me. I was able to schedule easily online then got in and got out in no time flat. Staff was very friendly! The NP, Beth, was awesome. Very kind and attentive plus she explained the medications perfectly so I knew what to expect. My prescriptions were sent in a timely manner- which I truly appreciated. I have not had good experiences with urgent care facilities in the past but Apex CiniCare changed my mindset and will be my new urgent care go to!

I had been feeling bad (sinus drainage, cough, headache, fatigue, aches) since Dec 9th. I thought I was feeling better by Dec 19, and then Saturday Dec 20, started feeling bad again. I decided to find out what was going on and chose to visit Mercy Urgent Care. I was greeted promptly and told to begin check-in at the kiosk. Once I was called back - Jennifer Speller came in to examine me. She was awesome! She prescribed some meds to make me push through and actually begin feeling better. I would definitely return and recommend my friends and family to go there if they needed good care. The only problem I experienced actually happened the following day. I called back with a question about the dosage of one of my prescriptions. The woman who answered the phone said she would ask and call me back. Now, 4 days later - she never called back.

My experience at the urgent care in Cherry Grove was AMAZING. Considering that I wasn’t feeling well I couldn’t have been more pleased from the ease of scheduling an appointment to the check in and care of staff. I have never been to a urgent care that I felt so comfortable and not rushed, starting from the front desk the guy was so nice(sorry didnt catch your name) then Jonathan kept me laughing even tho I felt like crap,then comes Dr.Ray who was also great and very nice gave me what I needed to help me feel better.
