I love this locations, from the ladies in the office to the providers. They are what urgent means and the level of care is top tier

I woke up with what I thought was either poison ivy or Eczema. This was my first time visiting Live Urgent Care. The office staff was very welcoming and friendly. Te checkin process was easy, did the paperwork on my phone in the office. The nurse was friendly and the doctor was very kind, took time with me, didn’t rush, gave me treatment options and my script was sent in immediately to my pharmacy. It was a great 1st visit experience.

As an alternate to my own gastro doc who hasn’t returned my call day 2, I visited the Spotswood clinic for some relief from being irritated from a colonoscopy I had prior.  My wait time was less than 5 min, the staff was friendly, professional and understood my embarrassment but took care of me, answered my concerns and gave me solutions to resolve my issue.

I didn’t have an appointment, the staff was very friendly & accommodating. My wait time was minimal. The PA was thorough in her explanations, I didn’t feel rushed. An overall good experience.

Everything went smooth & quick. Friendly clean place. Recommend.

Great staff, wait wasn’t terribly long, pretty much of what I expected.   Overall a great experience. I’d definitely recommend & come back. Thanks for the great service.
