I live in Glassboro and don't mind the drive out there at all. All of the staff have been very nice and accommodating. No problem getting in and getting seen - which is almost impossible given the last couple of years experiences. In comparison to the other Inspira Urgent Care centers, this one has been the best so far.

Dr. Tom was the best she sent me back to ER Cooper to have CT Scan and called them up to expedite my case. I have never had a doctor do that before so she is the BEST! The staff was amazing and RN, Selina, was super nice. Very friendly atmosphere.

Today I went in with abdominal pain and was helped so smoothly through the process of figuring it out. Every member of staff was professional and the PA I saw was fantastic!

As a senior with serious underlying health conditions, I was very fearful to have a needed CT scan during this pandemic. After making appt. I called the Exton facility directly about my condition & risk about coming in. Shannon listened & discussed my concern with Neelam in registration & CT technician Kelly about how to accommodate my visit. All personnel went out of their way to minimize my time there, protect me & make me safe. Models of health care who went above & beyond! I was back again last week with my special needs son. He had an acute infection. Once again, Dr. Decker did an excellent job. He is knowledgeable and is an excellent physician. Dr. Decker recommended that my son follow up with a podiatrist. MY son's infection was resolved until I take him to the podiatrist. Inspira made an excellent choice in hiring Dr. Decker. Make sure that he stays at this location. Hint,Hint!
