Second time to go with flu symptoms. I scheduled easily on line and staff were patient and efficient. I was in and out in 20 minutes with a prescription called into my drugstore.

I scheduled my 3 year old autistic son an appointment online due to him fighting a fever for 2-3 days. The staff was very friendly. The office is actually really beautiful and it was clean. My son loved the big screen showing the sea. The doctor was very nice and patient with my son. I was in and out of the office within an hour. I highly recommend this urgent care. I've taken my sons to other urgent cares before and I felt as if they just wanted to get patients in & out of there (they were nice to my sons but it just felt more genuine at Urgent Care for Kids Cy-Fair)

My son was showing signs of an eye infection and we were able to make an appointment within a couple hours to go in. The staff was incredibly friendly and took great care of him. Our only issue was that we waited over an hour past our appointment time before seeing anyone. Not sure why they still have appointments showing as available if they are running so far behind in schedule, and they don’t provide a ton of updates or information about how long the wait would be.

Second time here great experience both times.

Had a bad cough for several days went online to set up an appointment was able to get the time I wanted, Check in was easy taken back to the room with in 5 minutes, saw the Dr 10 mins later, diagnosed quickly meds prescribed, in and out in 30 mins max. Staff was friendly, Doctor was as well confident in the care I received. I will be back if I need care!

I saw the doctor because of soar throat and congestion. He gave me an x-ray to make sure it wasn’t pneumonia. I went home with  a Z-pack and cough medicine. 3 days later I was still not feeling better. I was wheezing and having trouble breathing. Doc gave me a breathing treatment which helped a lot and stronger amoxicillin. This bronchitis has hit me hard, but the doc has helped with the medication he prescribed. I like this clinic they call regularly to check on me and the doc has a great bedside manner.

Most notable would be I lost 7 inches in height. I was able to leave 15 minutes after all the pharmacies in Tomball closed, so will wait until Monday. Do not think I accomplished much by using AFC Urgent care.

This is our family’s favorite place to go for urgent care. The office is very clean. Check in process is very easy and convenient. Wait time does not take long at all. The staff and providers are very friendly and polite. Bedside manner is excellent. I would recommend this clinic.

Great urgent care! They accepted both my primary and secondary insurance. You can walk in or set up an appointment on line. Quickly tap in your arrival notice on the couple of screens provided. The wait was then minimal, the staff always meet you with a smile and the facility is beautiful. I saw a knowledgeable nurse practitioner who was very attentive and concerned with my leaving with all my needs addressed. When I had an issue that the pharmacy I requested was closed, I was able to quickly have them reroute the meds to one that was open. This will be my go-to location for urgent care when my PCP is not available.

Very good care. I could breath better after breathing treatment. All staff were great.

Was able to book an appointment over the phone in under 2 minutes. My provider was a female doctor who I’ve seen in the past but I forgot her name:( She’s fantastic, both my mom and I absolutely LOVE her. Kind, patient, to the point and excellent bedside manners. I’m hoping I don’t get sick again but if I do, I know exactly who to go to!

Everything was great.  While it was a lib wait even having a scheduled appointment I understood because there were a lot of sick people trying to be seen before the holidays.
