Our daughter was cared for very well by the urgent care staff and we are very thankful!

A great friendly staff and quick service, would definitely go again and recommend to anyone needing their services.

I scheduled my 2 year anniversary appointment for 1:30 and didn’t get seen until 3:00. It was a very long wait and it is like that every-time I go and I’m a frequent returner with my children on the weekends when they are sick. I love the staff super sweet people. I would recommend them because they have never not been able to tell me what is wrong.

Everything was great.  While it was a lib wait even having a scheduled appointment I understood because there were a lot of sick people trying to be seen before the holidays.

First time patient and I was extremely pleased. Online scheduling was very quick and easy. The entire staff were courteous and the doctor was detailed in his examination and explanation; excellent bedside manner. I recommend AFC and  will use them again if needed.

My primary doctor was out of town and I needed to be seen for flank pain. Check in was pretty quick, front office was great. The nurse who called me back was very friendly and documented all my concerns and medications. I was seen by Norlan Montano, NP and I wasn’t very helpful. He listened to my lungs with the stethoscope and that was it. Didn’t bother to check where I was feeling pain. I feel my history and symptoms were ignored. A thorough history and physical exam are essential components of quality care and feel it was not done by the NP.

The staff was very nice. I was in and out in less than an hour.

My son had a temperature of over 100 degrees, by his symptoms I knew he had the flu. We made an appointment at 6:48 and was not seen for nearly an hour. The nurse was coughing, did not wear gloves and could not pronounce acetaminophen correctly. She did not administer either of the three test correctly which were Strept, flu and covid.  The doctor came in and had the charts for another patient, but she was kind enough just to ask what was going on instead of leaving. Due to fever and symptoms she said it would most likely be the flu.  The nurse administered the test and specifically said the swab did not have to go too far up my son’s nose and put the swabs back in their packaging after the test.  Doctor came back 15 mins later and said all 3 teat came back negative but she was certain he had the flu and prescribed flu medicine.  I do want to note that staff was very polite, just not a great experience.

I sliced my finger and they got me in very quickly and took very good care of me. They cleaned up my wound and we figured out I needed stitches and Angel did them and she was absolutely amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the whole process. I 100% would recommend anyone to go see them.

Made an appt and was seen quickly. Professional staff and doctors. Highly recommend this location.

Scheduling was easy. I was seen promptly and received excellent care. Everyone from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor were professional and helpful. I would recommend this provider.

Dr. B is simply amazing. He is very thorough and efficient at the same time. I appreciate that there is a need to handle multiple patients, he does not carelessly rush like others we have had to work with. He actually listens and explains what may be happening. I hope this place really takes care of him since he is very good!

I’m still sick actually worse today chest congestion, sinus pressure but she basically said let it run it’s course after 50.00

I had to wait an hour, but once they took me back everyone was friendly and very efficient. Thank you!!
