          Every time I go to the Urgent Care for kids in Dallas in the Preston it’s the best service. They greet you right away when you come in and provide you with next steps. The wait time is not long. Once inside the staff continues the great service they hear my concerns for why I brought my child in.  They do all necessary checks for my child’s symptoms they are the best. Thank you.

          Set a 420 appointment and didnt get seen til 7pm. Why even make an appointment if you dont get seen around your scheduled time. I guess you just get put in line at that time, you still have to wait your turn even if walk-ins beat you there. Why even make a scheduled appointment

          This was the 3rd time we have visited your office. The staff and Dr. Kimberly are amazing. Very caring and informative. They all focus on my son and ensure that myself and wife are ok with the treatment. Plus they take to time to follow up with us to see how our son is feeling and doing. Not many places will do that.           I woke up and the side of my face was swollen, under my eye and down my jawline.  Made an appointment online, staff was nice and very accommodating.  A little wait for the Dr. but that was okay because he was able to diagnose the problem and explained what was needed to get better.

          My son was complaining of a sore mouth after his older sister had been diagnosed with strep 2 days before. Our pediatrician was already closed by the time this started happening and I was so thankful to have little Spurs. Lauren, our PA was phenomenal as was the nurse who checked us in and did vitals. Thanks again for a great job!

          10/10.  Good people, quick service.  Fast scheduling, easy to do online.  Check-in was easy, no issue with the online option.  Staff were very friendly and accommodating.  They took great care of me and addressed my issue promptly.  I went at night but I was in and out in 25 minutes total time!

          My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.
