The staff are very friendly from the front to the PA specially to Gavin the medical assistant. I’m very happy with his service. He explain everything lots of patient answering all the question. I am so proud of him very professional. I wish all the medical assistant are like him. Thank you very much to have an employee like him. Really appreciate for him  being professional.

Showed up at the Ruston urgent care location for a walk in, learned about the crazy wait time but also the app, so I installed Solv and found that the Tacoma urgent care location has appointments available to schedule that day, where Ruston only had tomorrow. So I scheduled one just 30 minutes away, rushed to the office and the app knew I was there so I checked in, talked to the receptionist, she already had my insurance and stuff from the app scanning my card👍 so she photoed my ID and told me I'd have a 45 minute wait. I was excited for this. I left and used the wait list on the app to track my position in line, and showed up, was seen pretty much right away, dental assistant was kind, put in all the info, doctor came in right away, got the antibiotics I needed immediately. Pharmacy had my prescription ready soon as I got there, within 10 minutes probably. The whole experience was pretty amazing and even though it was sudden and I was in pain, had to learn about the app and whatnot, it was so easy. Very impressed.

Suspected a UTI and was able to get in right away. Front desk staff was pleasant, MA was hard to understand, but ok, and Dr. seen was fine. The real stand out was the nurse who came in after the doctor to check on me and suggested a yeasty infection swab when I asked her what else it could be since UTI rapid test was negative. She was so helpful and informative, I wish I knew her name!

Scheduling an appointment was super easy. The staff was fast and friendly and had me in and out quickly. Always a great experience at Indigo.

I walked into Indigo thinking I would have to wait without an appt. Well to my surprise, I got right in there. I mean I barely sat down and the called me back. I haven't had to wait to be seen, as many times that I have been there you would think I would have at least one disappointment... Nope, and today they had only one provider. I have been lucky when visiting Indigo urgent/multi care. The providers have always been caring and all other employees have been so pleasent. I recommend all that need medical attention to give them a try and I bet you come out of there with the same attitude as mine! Thank you Indigo employees for being so awesome! I will return!!

Very easy to schedule appt for a same day. Was surprised by the fact that they are paperless and in order to view anything you have to download their app. It’s been 2 days and still no results, as for the medication you have to go on the appt and send it your self to the pharmacy otherwise you will not get it. Overall it was a good visit but it could have improved on some things for sure.

It took me only a few moments to schedule a same day appointment.  This was my second visit and both times I was impressed by the ease of getting an appointment, the friendly efficiency of the front desk, the cleanliness of the space, and especially appreciative of the quality of medical care I received.  I’m really glad we have Indigo Care in Marysville!

Everyone was excellent when it came down to anything we needed or asked. I appreciate everyone that was there they are extremely nice and respectful.

I was shocked to get such a huge bill which included $324 for an influenza test & Covid test. Outrageous pricing. The visit to a PA was $307. More than an MD for a rather short visit. I won’t be going back and will share this experience. I have good insurance.  Going to Overlake in the future. Place was clean & easy to book online. I’m disputing the costs of the tests.

This is how testing should be. This was easy, quick, essential paperwork only, friendly, efficient, sanitary, and the staff were amazing. Whoever put this place together should tell the soulless leaders of the us hospital system how to Covid care right. Also I was out before my text to tell me my wait in line came through.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and the communication was excellent. I will not hesitate to use the Borgen Blvd Urgent Care in Gig Harbor again.

The When I called yesterday afternoon there was a 3/4 hour wait. The kind receptionist suggested I make a 9:30 am appointment this morning. I did and it worked out very nicely. A short wait and all went very smoothly!  Yes, I’d recommend this provider based on my experience today.

The staff received five stars from me in all of the categories. The facility was very clean. If I ever need Urgent Care again, it will be to Indigo in Milton. I also have gone to Indigo in kent, washington and would say the same thing about the employees and the facility.

Great had a TB blood test staff were fantastic . Answered questions paperwork was easy I’m disabled and did it with out any issues
