People with appointments after us were called back to be seen before us. Appointment time in office did not match appointment time scheduled.

Needed a covid retest. Schedule and visit went well. Minimum wait for test and results, with important advice given in person and timely. Friendly staff and interaction. Recommend this urgent care facility.

I was a walk in. The front desk person was very professional and friendly. I arrived at 2pm was taken back to room around 2:45. The wait for the doctor was alittle over an hour. The doctor was apologetic about the wait. The room itself was surface clean but in poor repair. The lobby was sanitized as I was waiting by the front desk person which I was very happy to see. Although under the vending machines in lobby was extremely dirty. Overall I was satisfied with my visit.

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”.
