My Primary Dr. had no available appointments and told me to go to an Urgent Care. I selected Inland Urgent Care, and when I walked in I was greeted by a friendly staff! The nurse was so helpful and the Dr. was amazing! He listened and really took his time and answered all of my questions and concerns! I am confident I am on the mend!! I thought the office was clean and well staffed. The online check-in is easy to follow. The wait time was reasonable, considering the number of people there. I thought the PA I saw was very good. The only problem was that the staff never sent the prescription to my pharmacy and since it was over the holidays, everything was closed at their office so I could not ask them to resend it. I was not able to start the prescription right away, which was disappointing.
