When I go to the doctor and ask for help I’m not expecting for them to ask me how they should help me. I told them all the symptoms and asked for help and they were basically like (well what do you want me to do about it?) the whole point of me being there was cause I didn’t know what to do. You tell me. Other than that the office was nice and honestly I was kinda rude and fed up after that, but the doctor just wrote me some prescriptions anyways. Thanks for that. 4/10 experience.

Have been treated there many times over the past year. Excellent care. Clean and tidy. Medical staff excellent especially Dr Andrew Nguyen. I strongly recommend this facility if you need urgent care. I’ve always received outstanding medical care there. I’ve gone there with and without making an appointment beforehand. No appointment meant a LITTLE wait which is to be expected.

I tested positive for Covid on Thursday night and I made an appointment for telehealth because I didn’t want to leave my house;I was too sick.  The Dr was awesome and listened to my concerns about taking Paxflovid that has many side effects.  She recommended I purchase a pulse oximeter to check my oxygen levels which I ordered right after our call.   Costa Mesa urgent care has always given me excellent service during my various health crisis in person and now with Telehealth.  I am glad they are there when I need them
