this office and the amazing doctors and their lovely and friendly staff have saved me from many health incidents . They are warm and genuine ! Which is really important when you’re sick. They are good with follow ups and more than anything they take your condition seriously before it gets worse ! This is my favorite Doctors office and let me tell you I have been to MANY doctors offices due to my conditions. Thank you so much for always being there and the excellent service you provide.thanks for Great advise and treatment plan and treatment suggestions and referrals to specialists. I've come to this clinic for a very long time. I've always been treated with respect and thoughtfulness and never had too ling of a wait time. I do make sure that if I need to visit the urgent care I come during hours that may not be as busy. I waited for maybe 10 min today, i had to wait in my car due to covid restrictions. I first spoke with Sandra at the front desk she was great, I also met with 2 nurses, both were also fantastic. My dr today was Dr Read. Again fantastic. I've never had any issue here and my primary care and neurologist Dr. Ali is here too.

This my 3rd time visiting Mend Urgent Care and the service has been the same, starting with the receptionist to all the staff. I have no complaints. The place is very clean and I like the fact they put partitions in the waiting area and it made me feel comfortable more so than other places I have gone were they just separate the seats.

EXCELLENT! Clean facility/parking/friendly efficient staff/minimal wait time. Amazing.

We will both be back very very patient no matter how times I asked the same question over Multiply times very friendly snd accommodating of diverse needs highly recommended
