The staff in the clinic were nice and friendly. The nurse practitioners was very nice and knowledgeable. So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

The PA was kind and non alarming! I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

I was referred to "AME" Medical Group Urgent Care by my health insurance provider member services representative, since my primary care physician wasn't able to set an office visit for me until sometime in Jan. 2025 (more than a month long wait). I was able to do a same day walk-in appointment at "AME" within an hour of calling their medical office to check their office hours. Aleta had me do a quick self check-in via solvhealth app. Dr. Khanlou was great! He asked a few questions regarding my health issue and made a diagnosis and ordered the medications I needed immediately and arranged for me to pick up the Rx's at my preferred neighborhood pharmacy. I highly recommend Dr. Khanlou. He is very nice and provides the best patient care!

I am mortified that Dr did not do anything to me. He just looked at it and said I had cellulitis. My leg is on fire. It’s huge it hurts. It’s painful and he didn’t wanna pop it and gave me some anabiotic and that’s it. I’ve been laying in bed ever since so no I’m not fine He didn’t even touch it. It’s it’s so painful and it looks so infected.

When I go to the doctor and ask for help I’m not expecting for them to ask me how they should help me. I told them all the symptoms and asked for help and they were basically like (well what do you want me to do about it?) the whole point of me being there was cause I didn’t know what to do. You tell me. Other than that the office was nice and honestly I was kinda rude and fed up after that, but the doctor just wrote me some prescriptions anyways. Thanks for that. 4/10 experience.
