I had an appointment scheduled for a long time and I end up getting seen an HOUR after my scheduled appointment time which was crazy. Then it’s now the day after and my pharmacy STILL hasn’t received my new prescription yet and it’s literally impossible to get a hold of anyone at docs and you can’t contact anyone on Solv either they just say to call docs and they never answer so I get screwed because the system is so messed up!! There is no way to get in contact with anyone and it’s ridiculous!!

Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

The staff was great and the doctor was very nice and really listened to what I had to say. Deffinelty will continue to go back there when I need to

woke up with flu symptoms. scheduling an appointment easy. no wait time. friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Everything went well until we found the prescription was never called in and you are closed today. I’m sick. This was not helpful.

I spent all day friday with my primary care office.no help at all.i walked into your office,got help in a reasonable time frame.doctor listened to me,diagnosed me and off I went to the drug store.i can now take my medicine and see my family for christmas.Big thank you.

Book on line process requires getting out your wallet to take photos of your Insurance card and your ID, front and back… That’s annoying also required every visit..

Although I had an appointment, I still had to wait a half hour before my turn. I had to explain why I was there to 3 people: the MA, the intern, then the provider. My symptoms included cough, congestion, headache, sore throat. When I came 3 months earlier with similar symptoms, I was prescribed one medication for cough and another for congestion. This time I was not given any prescriptions. I would not have wasted my time if I knew I would not be given a prescription to relieve my symptoms.

Dr was awesome. Staff very nice as well. Super busy
