I must vehemently rebut any distasteful and untrue comments made regarding this physician and this facility! I simply cannot fathom any negative and untrue remarks about Dr. B. My experience with him has been truly extraordinary! This urgent care deserves more than 5 stars; it provides 100% excellent service. Dr. B is an exceptional doctor, outstanding in several aspects. He is revered for his unique combination of kindness, intelligence, and exceptional bedside manner, standing out above all. His medical knowledge instills confidence in me as a patient, he is a compassionate understanding human being. It is most definitely rare to find physicians of his caliber. Dr. B 's kindness permeates every aspect of this urgent care practice. My experience with this doctor was genuine, very informative, and I feel confident he was able to help me. I arrived worried and left with peace of mind. Once again, I must reiterate that Dr. B has excellent bedside manners, he knows what he is talking about, a very knowledgeable medical professional, contributing to a positive patient experience. All physicians should aspire to be like him. He listened to my concerns and took the time to explain. The office provided an immaculate environment complemented by welcoming staff, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience. Went in with what I thought was a cold. Came out Flu A, bronchitis, filled lungs and 5 meds and a shot. I am 46 with 3 kids so I have been to Drs. Offices a time or two. The physician Dr. A, and the entire staff were awesome and QUICK and funny and kind. I wish he was my primary. But def recommended and so thankful.
