Very impressed with the level of professional care, Very happy that this place is here at Northgate Revere MA easy to reach fast help for those in need without the grief of seeking out avail appointments with routine Dr office aggravation! This staff was pleasant and caring!  Peace of mind that the ER of a hospital is avoided along with the drama or cost! Knowing this place is open everyday is comforting again the staff is totally on point as to listen & even provided paperwork of the visit detailing amazing! P.A. Sam was the best today for my sons care!

I woke up after a couple days of a severely sore throat and made a 9AM online appointment. I did the pre-visit paperwork quickly on my phone, which made registration at the office very simple. I was seen within 10 minutes by courteous staff, treated with respect and was on my way within 30 minutes.

Arrived at 10:40, just before the clinic got very busy. Next time I will begin the paperwork online, in advance, and arrive earlier. I got excellent care for lingering respiratory concerns, after having the flu. Even tho I had got this year's flu vax in September. I wish the people in the waiting area would wear masks. But hey, trumpo said it is all a hoax so here we go again.

Great experience. Staff was efficient, professional and friendly. Medical professional was thorough and provided clear explanations. Facility was spotlessly clean and modern.

Nice and capable staff for Covid 19 test. Very busy, so a bit of a wait for callbacks and when at site, and needed to call at site to get staff to come to car. Signed up for antibody test beforehand but not available when I got there. I am glad because the test is up to $200, depending on how much insurance covers. Call insurance first for sure.

They did a great job. Quick wait times. Thorough follow up. I felt cared for.

I like this place, it's not the first time to get excellent services in this place all the time I come me i get excellent services and i always find different staff. It's a good place to record others.

So happy for the convenience of this location! I’ve been there several times. Everyone is incredibly friendly!! The wait time is extremely good! I’ve never waited longer than five minutes. The care given is exceptional!! A+ in every way!!

Staff were extremely helpful and transparent about cost since I was self pay with no insurance. Staff went above and beyond to answer questions before I was even seen and the front office staff were so nice and caring. The doctor was kind and efficient. First time going to this location and will definitely go again when needed

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
