I had inflammation and fluid in both ears! I hadn't been able to hear for over a week. Thanks to Urgent Care I finally got the medication needed for my body to heal. I had a great visit. I was hurting so bad, but Dr. Marcine Walter, helped me out. She was the most compassionate, Doctor. She was as kind as she was good. She was always checking with me to see if I was comfortable and not feeling any pain, as she went on with what she was doing. She really took her time. I could not have had any better care. The office worker (Amber), was very kind and courteous and helped me sign in on my phone, which I was having trouble with. I would go back to this urgent care in a heartbeat.
