The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. The clinic in Highland was not good 2hr wait and appt doesn’t matter so I went to White Lake location and it was much much better. While I was there 2 other people who were at the Highland location came to White Lake also. Wait time and exam time were acceptable and all staff were very professional and friendly.

Took a spill and feared a broken bone in my hand. South Huron Urgent Care took great care of me. Waited about five minutes to be seen. Dr Cindy is great!! X-rayed, splinted and I'm ready to go, with follow up instructions that she went over with me. She showed me the x-ray, and explained what was going on. They took time and care with me. Office staff is friendly and personable too. Highly recommend!!
