Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

Dr. Bailey is an exceptional physician who truly stands out for his compassionate and attentive approach. He took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment options, ensuring I fully understood everything. I felt genuinely cared for during my visit, and his expertise was evident throughout the visit. I have never found a primary Doctor because my daughter and myself had been seeing him at urgent care for more than 5 years now he is Both our primary Doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring doctor. At not to say he is a very well Dressed Doctor 😊

I was surprised to see that it didn't take me long to see the doctor.

Was sick the whole night fever bodyache headache the works schedule online and completed paperwork online in and out staff was very friendly and nice and attentive.

Very quick and efficient, in and out quicker than a drive thru. Medical personnel answered my question and re assured me everything will be fine, will make this location my primary location as I felt safe throughout the entire process of my visit.

Would certainly go back again for any emergency that might arise definitely recommend them

Dr M .Tugetman.saw me  order ed azithromycin antibiotics for me to CVS pharmacy  ,instead he ordered eye drops  .I try to contact afc. Dr left before 5 pmI was very upset and sick came back home . I will never go to afc again.bad experience.

Easy walking appointment was easy as a doctor was friendly and did my Covid test quickly. They sent the results to me as soon as possible would definitely recommend this place.

I needed a paper that said I had covid for work and I got it in less than 10 minutes. The doctors were great.

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Staff is great, not long waiting period at all. But, the physician assistant is a terrible listener and has no idea of what she's doing. Maybe she was overwhelmed. We all have bad days but, she's suspect.
