I had an appointment scheduled for a long time and I end up getting seen an HOUR after my scheduled appointment time which was crazy. Then it’s now the day after and my pharmacy STILL hasn’t received my new prescription yet and it’s literally impossible to get a hold of anyone at docs and you can’t contact anyone on Solv either they just say to call docs and they never answer so I get screwed because the system is so messed up!! There is no way to get in contact with anyone and it’s ridiculous!!

Made appt for my elderly father at 3pm, wait was minimal, seen by 3:30. Excellent staff and extremely impressed with MD, Dr Roberts, she was friendly, caring and very thorough. Beautiful, new facility

Woke with coughing and wheezing and hard to breathe. Got an appointment right away and medication to help me. Staff was very pleasant.

This was my first personal visit to an Urgent Care facility in my lifetime. I was impressed by the ease of scheduling and care. Very happy that you had access to My Chart records and medications, etc. The staff were nice but did not introduce themselves.  The MD might have but I didn’t catch his name due to his soft voice.  Otherwise I was very pleased with my visit.

Made an 8 am appt. Everything went smoothly. All questions were answered PA and staff on duty was very courteous. Good experience at this location.

Finally, I was coughing with phlegm, very congested, the doctor just told me to wash my nose with saline, nothing at all.

They were perfect, attentive and aligned with all of my needs! Much suggested!

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.

The tech or nurse that took the throat culture took the sample in a very rushed and quick manner and I question whether the result is accurate. The last time I took my other child there I had the same person and the result was negative but when I went to another Dr it was positive less than 24 hours later. I know results can change but I wish that person would be more thorough and take their time.
