I have been to this location many times over the past few years and my experiences have always been positive.  There is rarely a wait, it is always clean and the entire staff is great. I visited today and both Jackie and Alexa were extremely helpful.   Highly recommend this place.

I was surprised to see that it didn't take me long to see the doctor.

Walked in and was seen within 10 minutes. Dr. Alterno was so knowledgeable and kind, and provided high quality care. The medical assistant was also very competent and sweet throughout the entire process. I left and headed to my pharmacy directly from the appointment and they had already sent my prescription allowing me to pick it up without waiting.

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

I had an appointment scheduled for a long time and I end up getting seen an HOUR after my scheduled appointment time which was crazy. Then it’s now the day after and my pharmacy STILL hasn’t received my new prescription yet and it’s literally impossible to get a hold of anyone at docs and you can’t contact anyone on Solv either they just say to call docs and they never answer so I get screwed because the system is so messed up!! There is no way to get in contact with anyone and it’s ridiculous!!

Great care! Everyone was polite and answered all  my medical questions!

This was my first time at this location and I was very pleased with the results, I definitely will use and recommend this location again.

Easy to get an appointment. Short waiting time to see doctor. She was confident and quick to identify my issue, how to care for it and what follow up was required. Will definitely return when necessary.

Made an appointment for 12;40 was called in after 2pm. I was not a walk in, maybe 2 people ahead of me so I could not understand the wait. Just to check in I waited on line for over 20 minutes while the person checking in was filling out her forms sitting at the check in desk!

Everyone was polite including the security guard , great service

We did not get proper testing. Later on tested ourselves to find he has the flu. Called this am and this afternoon to see if they wanted to prescribe tamiflu and have not yet received a call back.

Dr. Bailey is an exceptional physician who truly stands out for his compassionate and attentive approach. He took the time to thoroughly explain my diagnosis and treatment options, ensuring I fully understood everything. I felt genuinely cared for during my visit, and his expertise was evident throughout the visit. I have never found a primary Doctor because my daughter and myself had been seeing him at urgent care for more than 5 years now he is Both our primary Doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring doctor. At not to say he is a very well Dressed Doctor 😊

Needed a physical for an upcoming physical test for a job. Called, went in same day. Quick, low cost. Highly recommend.

Had stubbed toe. Max the radiologist was friendly and informative and the doctor was terrific!

Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and helpful.  It was easy to make the appointment and there was barely a wait.

I woke up yesterday morning not feeling well and my primary care physician was unable to take me. Fortunately, I was able to go to Atlantic Health Urgent Care in Cedar Knolls. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Wait time was a bit long, but that is to be expected at this time of year. I was home with a diagnosis in about an hour. Thanks for all of your help!

I was greeted by two lovely ladies as soon as I walked in, very pleasant and only waited ten minutes to be seen. P.A. Patel was kind, thoughtful, and caring. I feel better already after his treatment plan!

This is by far one of the best hospital experience I’ve had in this country ,  Great job guys
