Two weeks earlier I had pulled/strained my back muscles. After two weeks of pain and limited mobility, I decided it was time to seek medical help. On Friday, I called my PCP but she did not have any openings. I then called NextCare Urgent Care for an appointment. Check in was easy and on time. My provider explained everything in detail and was understanding. I would definitely recommend this provider.

The staff was friendly and took the time to listen and help me with my foot injury. While the X-ray did not show anything, the Dr still took time to look over my sore spot and make sure nothing was missed. I appreciate the quality of time they spent with me. Excelente atención médica. El personal muy amable la doctora Herrin, Lisa muy buena la recomiendo se preocupa por sus pacientes. Amable y pasiente. El lugar muy limpio y la espera no es más de 30 min. Lo único es q tardan un poco en poner la receta en la farmacia pero uno puede mejor pedirla y llevarla uno mismo. En cuanto a todo lo demás lo recomiendo 100%

The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, took my blood pressure & temperature. The nurse who came into patient room told me I should have put my mask on when I had been told I was going to be getting swabbed next - I realize I was contagious but I wasn’t leaving the room and I knew I was getting swabbed - I wasn’t sure it it was going to be my nose or mouth. Her manner & tone was not friendly. The PA was great, very nice bedside manner, helpful and answered questions. I had thought the clinic did PCR tests as they had done in the past but learned that had stopped some time ago. I wanted to have a PCR test done as well but was not able to.

The scheduling was easy. The diagnosis by Dr. Uzonna felt rushed and we felt like she ignored/missed the signs of an infection that only got worse overnight. We had to come back the next morning and see a different doctor who diagnosed the infection and prescribed antibiotics.
