The staff to the Dr were amazing! They were patient and took there time with us

Appointment scheduling was easy and the front office staff is amazing. However the visit itself was pointless as I walked out feeling unresolved and concerned. My child has been seen twice over 2 weeks and both times they just say its nothing and leave it to allergies. I took him to another urgent care and he came out with 2 diagnosis one which required an antibiotic. And the other corona virus positive. How can that be? My child himself said he no longer trust you all so as his parent, I won't be returning with my child. Took my daughter last week and she was told no issues. Took her yesterday to the other clinic too as she was not getting better and she too had corona virus seasonal and a positive strep test. Please parents, trust your gut and go elsewhere even if it cost more, your kids health is worth it.
