Checkin and initial triage were fine, but I felt rushed by the nurse practitioner. There were no other patients so I’m not sure why. Maybe they are expected to have a short processing time, but i would have preferred more time to ask questions and to be asked questions, without a quick immediate diagnosis .

Everything went well and was great, However I wasn’t aware the sports physicals were not a covered benefit and had to be self pay. I wish I had been aware prior to the appointment to save myself the embarrassment of questions while checking in. It was fine after it was explained at the window and all is well. I will bring my daughter’s back in a heartbeat. The clinician’s here are beautiful and amazing and very caring.
