I was a walk-in. I got checked in right away. The wait time was less than 30 minutes. The assistant and Dr were very professional. The Dr asked questions and offered options to further run test or wait to see my primary Dr.

It was fast and easy to find and schedule an appointment. Check-in was fast. Staff was very careing and helpful. I would definitely recommend using Solv to my friends and family.

Scheduling online is easy.  The wait time was long but everything else including the dr was good.

Got in to room pretty quickly. Doctor was fantastic. Total time for visit was about an hour, which included waiting for Covid/flu test result.

This is on a Saturday, I had very badly infected thumb with great pain I had been awake most of the night and was exhausted when I arrived I was greeted by a extremely friendly and professional medical staff. There was a wait time,but I was told that I could go home and they would text me when it time for my appointment and I could return. I was able to go home and rest. I was texted a about 2hrs later, when I arrived back again I was seeing the Doctor after a less than 10min wait . He was calm and professional and friendly, he was able to diagnosis my problem with my thumb and set a course of treatment. This was a positive experience, the fact that I was able to go home and return making the wait time seem considerably less was a bonus. Great staff Great experience.

Unbelievable care and kindness shown by everyone at the Ruston Indigo! I called and was told I would have to make an appointment for the next day, filled out all the information on line, very user friendly! I received a call that evening and was told they had room for me. Ten minutes later I was being seen. X-rays and care was a breeze and I was home in 2 hours! A well oiled machine. I went in for COVID testing at a community testing site. It was pretty easy to book online and to check in. There was no wait time and the staff was very friendly. I had a good experience!

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
