As always - though fortunately have not had to visit often - l have been treated with kind professionalism.  Questions answered, treatment options discussed.  Really glad your treatment center is just a few miles from our home ! BUT on the January 4th visit, l wasn’t “sick”, l had an injured wrist - apparently from a spider bite.

Once I finally got thru to receptionist I was able to make an appointment for the following day.  I really wanted same day. Excellent care. Happy with end result.

Woke up this after dealing with cold and being tired. I was concerned with the lack of energy. Now, visiting clinic as a walk in and being checked out. I feel I can plan my next adventure, been concerned. Being 81 is a new experience and may not get it right. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. Happy new year!

Was able to schedule an appointment with a provider without difficulty. Had a double ear infection!

The When I called yesterday afternoon there was a 3/4 hour wait. The kind receptionist suggested I make a 9:30 am appointment this morning. I did and it worked out very nicely. A short wait and all went very smoothly!  Yes, I’d recommend this provider based on my experience today.

Excellent care from start to finish. Front desk friendly and efficient. Nurse practitioner very knowledgeable, and excellent “bedside manner “. Definitely recommend using them for your health care needs.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Stopped to secure an appointment, but none were available but will text when an opening comes up - 3-1/2 hours later I was informed it was time to come in. Very through and efficient, left with a summary review. Very pleased.
