Gena, the Medical Assistant was knowledgeable and very helpful -- and kind! Dr Gotleb was great-- quickly diagnosed problem and sent medication to my pharmacy! Thank you🌸

I made my appointment online and was able to get an appointment for two hours later. Once there, I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen, but luckily my schedule allowed for the wait. Perhaps the Staff needed more time with other patients. I received the care I needed, and I recommend this Clinic.

Everything was great but I made an appointment at 620pm, was on-time, and wasn’t seen by the doctor till 740pm! I took a nap on the table and the doctor saw me for five minutes before it was done.  Whats the point of having easy scheduling, check-in, and making an appointment??

I wanted to have an insect bite looked at to make sure it wasn’t infected. But I didn’t want to deal with an emergency room visit. StatMed was close and I thought it would be a good opportunity to try them out. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The nurse took some preliminary readings and asked questions about medical history and known allergies. She was also friendly and competent. The doctor was quite friendly and explained everything throughout the examination.  I was very pleased with the experience. Friendly, competent, clean and close by. And they have an in house pharmacy for common medicines - a very nice bonus.

The wait time was a little bit long, but they were able to wrap my sprained ankle and provide me with crutches in an out within one hour.

I liked the office staff, assistants and doctor I saw. They listened well and showed respect for me, and they were extremely helpful. My only concern--and this is not a criticism of them--is that the center does not have some of the instruments needed to fully assess the medical condition I was presenting.

  • Are video visits available with measles vaccine clinics in Albany?

Without insurance, an MMR vaccine will typically cost around $100. This does not include consultation with your general practitioner to advise whether or not you need the measles vaccine.

Telemedicine vaccine consultation coverage will vary depending on your circumstances. Typically, if your insurance will not cover an in-person visit, it won’t cover similar appointments via telehealth.
