Pain from Sciatica had become unbearable. I wasn't able to schedule an appointment with my doctor, but I went online to Carbon Health's website and had no trouble booking an appointment. I was seen on time, the facility was clean & comfortable, the check-in process was hassle free, and the young lady at the front desk was polite and professional. Dr. Upton was a tremendous help to me. In addition to being able to prescribe the right medication for my condition, she advised me regarding lifestyle changes that might be beneficial. Above all - SHE LISTENED to me! I would certainly recommend this location to my friends and neighbors.

Took my daughter this afternoon to get her ears checked for a possible infection from her earrings. The front desk staff were super friendly , the gentleman that saw us before the doctor was as well. The doctor was awesome. My daughter was super nervous and she made her feel at ease. We needed an Urgent Care late last night, and this was the only place that answered the phone with a real person and a friendly voice. We told them we were coming in and after filling out paperwork, they took us right away. It’s a brand new facility everything is clean and bright, and the staff was so friendly. The doctor came in right away and couldn’t be more professional and friendly. We were very grateful to find this facility and to work with staff and doctors that actually care about their patients.
