We arrived for our 4:30 appt and were taken in right away, given a short form to fill out, payment price explained and then we waited maybe 5 minutes. Once we went back vitals done by a friendly staff member that made my son feel comfortable once that was done we were seen by a super kind and friendly doctor our forms were filled out, we paid and were done by 5:05!

I was referred to you by Medicare. They gave me the name of Gardens Urgent Care, and apparently the name is now Helix. Scheduled the appointment online and it showed me the address of 3555 Northlake Blvd, and apparently you have moved. Drove in circles for awhile until I finally called the number and she directed me to your current location. Got there 15 minutes late due to the incorrect information. The receptionist was helpful but was sick and coughing and sniffling. I did not come here to get sick! Other than that I was seen quickly, the PA was very nice and the rest was a good experience. Maybe update your new location with Medicare as well as your website?

The staff are so friendly and caring. I came with my elderly dad and they were gentle and treated him with such respect. The Dr. sat us down and explained everything and saved his life. I took my daughter here after an accident. The staff was very friendly and checked her thoroughly for any symptoms and told us to go the closest hospital. This was very helpful because they could have told us that she was fine but instead told us the best treatment instead just getting us in and out and on to the next patient.
