It was my first time at Carbon Health Urgent Care and it was a wonderful experience. From the young lady at the front desk, to Abby, to Lara. They were all very friendly and helpful. It’s no fun being under the weather, but it great when you receive outstanding care.

Walk in visit, cause of a cough that was getting worse, I was exposed to sick family(no one let me know they were sick, guest to them no big deal) (one had pneumonia, one was sick laryngitis, one with on going sinus infection) so I can feel myself declining so I walk in for a visit... at this time of visit all doesn't mean bad but like I told the guy seeing me it's just a matter of time for all crap breaks loose..I get home an with in an hour I start with chills, fever, ache, worsen cough and almost when to hospital cause I felt so bad.. and all THOMAS SIMS did for me (lungs and chest clear(of course just getting started) a little raspy so I'll can give you steroids (nope can't do steroids) ok I'll give you a puffer(inhaler) and I asked for cough beads. I had covid pneumonia really bad and have copd and lung scaring and easy subject to pneumonia, so I left there without an antibiotics and now I'm really sick on christmas day without proper medicine... this is the 3 time THOMAS SIMS treatment has been really poorly... last time fist of November sinus infection his words over counter medication three weeks later fighting it turns into ear infection and full blown sinus infection...NP THOMAS SIMS is not one to see

Went in for a scheduled xray and took a hour to been seen, and wasn't shown xrays and just told it wasn't broken but not cause for my swelling or care for my problem.

Went in for abdominal pain and discussed hernias and prior operations. Was sent for a CT scan which was the wrong test as they couldn’t see anything. Unfortunately out quite a bit of money with no resolution.

They were supposed to send prescription to CVS. I went to CVS two hours later and they never received one. I called the office and the girl who answered said they sent it and the problem was on CVS side. The pharmacist called to get a verbal confirmation and he was told that they never sent it. Very disappointing, especially when I gave them two hours and the girl basically lied to me.
