Had a burn on my finger that needed attention. Waiting room was full of sick people. They let me wait in my car until I could be seen. Made me feel better! Wait time was much shorter than I expected!!! Everyone was so nice and helpful!!

I paid a 100$ more for a dot physical then what the average in Alabama is charged. My company is not paying for it. So I had to pay myself. I have 4 daughters and that's taking money I need for them away. And I don't appreciate being charged that much for a minimal visit.

Amber Cothren and staff were great! The staff was sick but they still got us in before they closed. We love Amber , she is our primary care physician PLEASE Don’t change her schedule!!! We know when she is there on FRIDAY. Saturday, Sunday and Monday. This works best for us too. We don’t have to take off work to see her.

Woke up this morning feeling really bad. This congestion and cough had been going on for a week. I was a walk-in so I had to wait for 3 hrs. The staff told me how long the wait would be. Next time I will definitely schedule an appt. The check-in was super easy. The staff were very good. They were efficient and cared about the patients. I would definitely come again.
