When checking in was fine except I am on Medicare. I had my card and the receptionist said it kept declining. I have had no other problem with my card before and also had a secondary insurance card. I had to paid out of pocket and will file it through Medicare myself. I felt your office didn’t want to bother getting your money through them.

I had been having symptoms for about three days and got online to schedule an appointment which was very user-friendly. The check in process was amazing. I did not have to interact with the front staff. The staff that called me in the back was absolutely caring and amazing the nurse for the doctor explained everything extremely well to my understanding. She is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice.

The girl at the front desk with the afro and the glasses was so wonderful I cannot remember her name I'm so sick I'm sorry but she was so wonderful she helped us in every way she was so kind the doctor was wonderful she was kind and the nurse all of them were very kind they just seem very rushed there's so many people! Seems like they need some more help! But even with all that they were great I truly appreciate it the people that helped us that day especially the girl at the desk she was so out of her way for us!

I am from out of state, had talked to my PCP about my condition and she told me to go to a walk-in clinic. This one was close and easy to schedule and fill out paperwork online. When I arrived, they checked me in promptly, but then their computers went down. This set them back about 30 minutes, frustrating! Once the computers were back up, I was seen immediately and their process went very quickly. Tests were done and I was diagnosed and out in a short amount of time. The staff was caring, helpful and professional. I would recommend this facility.
