Didn’t work out any better with an appointment. Still had to wait till everyone else was seen but that’s alright. Just glad I could be seen on a Saturday and the staff was so apologetic, extremely polite and I was very satisfied with my visit. Lot of sickness in our area and we all had to take our turn

I cannot complain about the office staff, provider, or facility appearance. We usually have a positive experience here. Today was the same. However, I noticed a tray of condoms on the counter in exam room 1 like a tray of party favors. I have young kids. Thankfully, they did not ask what they were or even notice them, but I don’t think this is a good practice. They should be put away. I have never seen this at a doctor’s office or urgent care office.

Trauma Centers are hard to manage. A person of 60 having chest pain will get into the back room much faster than a flu victim or minor injury. Nonetheless, when you are in pain, the wait can seem forever, and as we wait, we get anxious and angry. I have been here several times. Yesterday, when I arrived the place was packed. My injury was bad enough to move me to the head of the line. Other times, I had to wait. Perspective is everthing! My doctor, Sanchez, as well as the staff were wonderful. Peace and all good things, in this life and the next.
