The staff were very nice and very helpful. The only issue I had was that I ended up needing to go to the hospital as my condition was more serious then initially determined by urgent care. I would have appreciated referral instead of waiting for the pain to worsen.

I generally know when I have an UTI so my first choice is AFC Urgent Care. The staff is always very polite from the front door to me actually seeing the Dr. and leaving. This is the third time visiting this AFC location for a DOT physical, every time as a walk-in, no appoinment. The wait time was very short, and after filling out all the DOT required paperwork I was quickly called back for the exam. Then entire staff from check-in, nurses, and the PA were professional and polite, always making my visits here pleasant. I plan to return here for all future exams, and any urgent care needs that may arise.
