I booked my daughter an appointment this morning because she was having some issues with her chest. I even stated that it was likely she would need an x-ray. When they called me and no one mentioned that there was no x-ray technician. They kept us waiting for over an hour even though we had an appointment and then when we finally got in, they informed us that they could not do x-rays and I had to drive 20 minutes to a different location and I’m now waiting again so that she can get an x-ray highly frustrating this all could’ve been solved if they had just said they could not do x-rays.

My daughter was feeling pain in her chest and abdomen; we went to this urgent care. We have visited since she was three (so the past six years). The check-in, the pre-screening, and the provider were all very patient and kind. It can be scary to be feeling unwell for a child, but their calm and kindness is reassuring and keeps us at ease.

Dr. Chroma Okechukwu, is the most amazing caring physician. In my 47 years I've never met such a wonderful physician. She was there in my moment of anxiety when I couldn't breathe due to Allergies, influenza and acute asthma. She calmed me down instantly and started me on treatment. Today I followed up with her and I'm feeling 80% better. Entire staff is amazing. Thank you Dr you are on of a kind.

I literally pulled up, scanned the QR code on the window and checked in, walked in and was seen in less than 5 minutes. It was fantastic. We definitely needed an urgent care in dripping springs and this one was great. Everyone in the office was very friendly and actually had conversations with you.
