Scheduling was easy via Solv, but no coordination between Solv and the office resulted in multiple duplicate bookings and unacceptable wait time. 2:30 appointment confirmed by Solv, actual check-in 4:55. Staff was friendly and courteous, but front desk staff was overwhelmed. Provider and staff were prompt once I was checked in and appointment was quick and efficient. Care and bedside manner were top notch.

The side of my right foot has been giving me trouble and I have an appointment with a podiatrist but needed to see someone sooner so came to your clinic and made an appointment and came the next day and was waited on very promptly and efficiently had x-rays and out in a reasonable amount of time ! I was able to schedule around noon for an appt. around 5:15. I arrived at the appointed time and waited less than 5 mins when I was called into the suite by CeCe. I have seen her before and she is always pleasant and efficient. PA Jen was top notch, she listened to my complaint, checked my meds and trusted that I knew my body. She quickly decided on a course of treatment and I was on my way. Checkin was super fast and it was fun to see familiar faces in the treatment area. I had my scripts in hand and was on my way home in under a hour. Thank you all.
