Friday, the day after Thanksgiving, all of our doctors' offices were closed, condition could not wait until Monday, went to Bon Secours Urgent Care on Nine Mile Rd, it was not busy, we walked in, greeted by friendly receptionist, we were immediately called back, two kind and knowledgeable nurses assisted us, the doctor was quick to respond, immediately diagnosed the problem, took extra time to explain things and answer questions, printed out our full report, and sent in a prescription. Everyone was so nice and professional. If I had to say something negative the only thing I could come up with would be the room freshner in the waiting area, I am super sensitive to scents, and that wasn't even unbearable. I can understand why it might be needed if the room was full. Overall this experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend Bon Secours Urgent Care.

My procedure was very simple—I needed wax removed from my ear. Saw the dr for all of 5 minutes before someone other than the dr treated me. Entire visit was over 2 hours. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN

But allergies and past ops should persist for review, possibly current meds to edit. I get things change but some rarely do. At least the insurance section is easy and retained, thank God for that!
